Delta Health has patients whom have been diagnosed and treated for ADD & ADHD. Most of the patients you will be seeing will have taken or still be taking some sort of medication like Adderall or Ridlin.
Physician Requirements:
- Physicians are encouraged to see patients in-office every 4 months with 9 Tele-consulations throughout the year.
- Delta Health understands that every patient is unique with different conditions and
complexities therefore, physicians may ask patients for additional office visits but will
only be paid at the $40 Tele-consultation rate. Most patients understand this and comply
while Delta Health has found that the more office visits a physicians request the less
business the physician will receive. Delta Health has built a successful and long term
patient base around the patients need for convient and effective chronic condition
maintenance.
- Physicians may use Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants or other staff for Tele-consultations.
- Delta Health requires every physician to upload consultation notes into our E.S.P. system
before we consider any consultation completed. Therefore, no physician will be compensated
for any consultation until the patient's E.M.R. has been updated.
-
Schedule II medications require the original prescription on a monthly basis for the pharmacy. Therefor instead of physicians post dating prescriptions(essentially offering refills) Delta Health offers the patients choices of picking the original paper Rx in physicians office(no waiting since Tele-consultation has already been completed), send paper Rx in U.S. mail or patients may pay for FedEx delivery with adult signature required.
